Capital Recovery Fee Increase

Based on increased cost of water supply and pressure maintenance infrastructure facilities, Bolivar Water Supply Corporation Board of Directors has voted to increase the Capital Recovery Fee for standard residential 5/8 x 3/4 meter service from the current $7,250.00 per LUE to $9,300.00, effective March 31, 2025.
Below, you will find the increase Capital Recovery Fees as they relate to upsize meter equivalents:
Capital Recover Fee 1" Meter $23,250.00
Capital Recovery Fee 1½” Meter $46,500.00
Capital Recovery Fee 2” Meter $74,400.00
Capital Recovery Fee 3” Meter $139,500.00
